game days across the 2024–25 season
events I ran point on, across four sports
varsity programs I ran marketing plans for
fans at the biggest men's basketball games I supported, at Capital One Arena
I led marketing for the program and wrote the run of show for every men's lacrosse event: the minute-by-minute script the game-day staff worked from.
I led marketing for softball: the run of show for every game, and the in-game activations I built with the players themselves for cause-themed games and senior days.
I co-led marketing for the program. My partner handled the team side because I was also supporting football, and I worked with Georgetown's DEI department on theme nights featuring kids.
I supported football game days, and men's basketball games at Capital One Arena, where some games drew more than 10,000 fans.
I worked closely with players for two seasons: as a student manager for women's basketball in my junior year, and later on softball's cause-themed games and senior days.
I booked VIP guests and arranged everything for them, along with performers and anthem singers, and handled most of what happened in the building during games.
I coordinated daily with communications, operations and ticketing, from special ticket requests to keeping games on schedule.
I used fan engagement data from each game to adjust the promotions for the next one.
